eCatcher Issue

Hello,
I am Mike Brown, Acct# - MikeB-AMS.
I launched e-catcher this morning and after a connection to a system the “Connect” icon is inactive and I have restarted eCatcher several times – how can I correct this?

Have you tried restarting your PC and/or running eCatcher as administrator?

I am administrator, but I didn’t re-start my computer.

However, this morning it is back to normal and I didn’t restart my computer as yet.

There appears to be an addressing conflict at one of our customer sites and it disables connection.

It did it on one of our technician’s computers (he’s User only) and he was able to recover by re-launching eCatcher, I wasn’t able to.

If it does it again I will restart my computer.

Update:

Spoke with the customer, the device onsite is experiencing a WAN/LAN conflict when they use the desired eWON LAN IP. Customer will change LAN scheme to not conflict with the company’s networks.
