Ewon Security Certificates

I noticed the last time I was on the ecatcher software that there are several units that we have out there that will need a security certificate update before we can use them.
I know this ill need to be done on site, and we let the customers know about the problem while they still had an opportunity to update seamlessly and remotely but they did not.

Anyway long story. Is there a procedure that we need to go through either ourselves or that we can pass along to the customer if and when it comes up that they need remote support and we cannot connect?

If you can’t access a device of ecatcher due to a expired certificate here is theh procedure to get it back online which will have to be done locally to the device.
