RMA for base unit after we tried changing out the FLX3101

This is basically part 2 of my recent request to the following thread.
To recap. I had issues where the flexy 201 was boot looping, and never coming back online, and if the ethernet module was removed, it would remain stable. On another job site with the identical issue, replacing both the flexy 201 and the ethernet module fixed the issue and has been running for many months with only minor gaps in uptime.
With this job (capco), we had only the ethernet module replaced under warranty, but this time it only had a few days of uptime before disappearing. I can’t confirm if the current flexy 201 is boot looping, but I’m sure it is. In the meantime, I’m having the customer cycle the power, but I dont think that will help. Here is a log. Let me know what else I can do to get this resolved. Thanks!
