I have a Flexy 205 that the USR led is flashing green. There is a cable plugged into one of the LAN network ports and it also doesn’t seem to recognize anything is connected. I have tried factory resetting the device.

Just as a reference, if the USR LED is blinking green, that indicates normal operation. One thing to check could be to try and set your computer to have an ip address such as 10.0.0.52 and then try to reset the flexy/cosy to its default address. Once that’s done connect a cable to one of the LAN ports on the front of the device (ports 1,2, or 3) and then try to ping the address 10.0.0.53.

I manually downgraded the firmware via the SD reader, and am still having the issue where the LAN ports are unable to communicate. We have detirmined it is most likely a hardware issue.
Ok, one other thing that may be worth trying would be to do a recovery on the device as described in the post below
