Site IT claimed so. and I have run connection checker in my PC using the same IP settings for Flexy 205, saying Both UDP and TCP are available… In terms of testing whether addresses whitelisted, how can I check the IT guy actually did it?

thanks, Tim. I have fixed problem. I used an old talk2m account, and it worked. Looks like my initial user account has been allocated to a server which was blocked by firewall settings.
