I keep getting VPN tunnel errors when trying to connect to ewons

Hey,

I am having a new laptop and installed the latest version of ecatcher (6.3.6).
Now we have a new ewon (cosy 131) installed at a site in mexico ( our company is from belgium).
Now is the ewon online in ecatcher but when i try to connect to it i always get an error, it changes everytime a little bit but it always looks like: VPN tunnel error:> state: 1541624099,WAIT,

I already tried the following things.

  • Remove the tap-windows reboot the computer remove ecatcher en reinstall it.
  • Let the ecatcher connect true tcp.
  • Tried using an other wifi network.
  • Tried putting of firewall and anti virus from my laptop.

Hi Daan,

Would it be possible to get a copy of your eCatcher error log? You can find it in
C:\Users###YOUR USER###.talk2M and the file will be called eCatcherError.log
