New EWON installed on 27Feb 2018 seemed to work great – for one day anyhow.

I went online with RSLinx, uploaded the PLC, used Remote Desktop to connect to the PC – NO PROBLEMS.

I tried on 20Mar19, and again today, and it can handle a single ping (ran for close to an hour), but when I try RSLinx, it goes offline – same issue as with the old EWON.

Saved another eBuddy – see attached.

Hi Dale,

I’m going to take over this one for Kyle because he’s out of the office this week. Have you already tried forcing the device to use TCP instead of UDP? Also can I try and jump on a teamviewer and see if I can figure out the issue?
