Talk2M not available?

We are getting this error on all units.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the access server which we experiencing issues with our access server.

My Ecatcher doesnt show any information about serial numbers or names and I have no access to other fields.

You are missing the columns in eCatcher.
You can right click on the dark blue status bar and select the columns.

You may need to drag the status bar left if you have columns selected but still don’t see them.
