I’m looking for help in understanding why this eWON is unable to send a text message. All the faults shown appear to me to be dealing with Modbus (which the site had an issue with recently and are working through the bugs). I am attaching the backup file with support files.

Do you know if your SIM card has SMS capabilities?
You would need to contact your SIM card provider to ensure it has an SMS data plan.

Another option here is to use talk2m relay and then use email to sms (Not reliant on a SIM card)
You can then use Email to SMS.
I verified the texting service is turned on. This eWON was texting previously prior to having the Modbus issue at site. We have about 50 eWONs in the field now and didn’t want to change the setup of this one with some of your suggestions yet so that it matches the other devices.
Do you have suggestion on what might be preventing the texting service?

If you can, try entering the phone numbers into the SMS destination with the following format:
+phonenumber,gsm,0
if using multiple phone numbers, separate them with a semi-colon ;
Are these error codes able to tell me why it might not be sending out text?

That error log does help.
I think I see your issue in your backup.
You have the protocol as GMS instead of GSM in your SMS destination.
+phonenumber,gsm,0
