WAN Connection - Won't associate to network

I am working with an eWon in Hong Kong. When the eWon is in the office it get a solid WAN connection and associates with M2Web server. When taken to sight the WAN link turns on the activity light flashes a couple of times then the link turns off. Error log indicates it cannot connect to the server " |01/06/2022 10:52:16|20324|main-No address received from DHCP (on Eth WAN)|wanmgt

If a PC is connected to the same line and eCatcher Connection Checker is Run all is fine

Hello George,
The logs indicate a LAN WAN conflict. The sites WAN network most likely over laps with the ewons LAN I recommend the following post for more details on this type of issues.
