4G NA card stuck on Modem Soft Reset?

I have another SIM card around but it’s deactivated.

So what do I do?

Is your SIM card through enabling elements? If so, we may be able to get a replacement SIM card sent to you for testing.

Update:

Customer sent extension card to our office and confirmed defective / not working.
RMA is being processed.
