The unit will not complete the communication from the Field device. As compared to the working module, this one has all green LED’s except for the, ‘Network Status’, which occasionally flashes twice. (The working module does not do this. All LED’s are solid green)
With the same program loaded into it as is loaded into the working module, it still has this flashing LED.
We exchanged field device wiring from the working unit to the non-working one and fault still exists.
We also swapped the PLC inputs to insure the PLC was configured correctly, and it is.

It sounds like the connection is not being made from the PLC. What error does the PLC report?
Have you tried creating a new module in the PLC?
