We have a AB7318 Can Gateway running on a rockwell PLC. We are occasionally getting our ethernet status bit 3 signal “bus off” triggering. We’re assuming this is happening due to a high external switching frequency, but we’re not 100% positive as our actions to attempt to reduce noise hasn’t made an impact. Is there any more troubleshooting available for this bus off signal along with a path to finding our root cause?
