Hi, I have an ABB CP635 HMI connected to an eWon Flexy205 which has an APAC 4G modem card installed. I am able to successfully view the HMI web pages if I make a connection using eCatcher but if I attempt to open the web pages using the HTTP icon I have setup in m2web.talk2m then the web pages are visible but the data fields do not populate and appear to be in error.
Could this be a similar problem to the issue I have read about with RedLion HMI connection via m2web?
I can continue using the eCatcher connection but the customers IT department does not permit the install of eCatcher so he is left without an option for remote connection.

Can you please provide a screenshot of both the HMI page through eCatcher and the one through the M2Web? Have you tried using different browsers or the phone app? Does this issue persist?
I’m not sure if it is related to the RedLion HMI issue, but I can take a look.
