That looks like a Ethernet/IP CompactCom m30. They would have EDS files not GSD files. The closest I can find would be here:Anybus Files and Documentation
You most likely will need to reach out to the manufacturer of the device that the m30 is embedded into. They should have EDS files for how they have the device configured.
