When setting up an alarm, do you have a delay timer?

Sorry for they delay we had made changes to off line alarms to allow for a delay and I was checking to see if this option was added to the regular alarms.
We do not have the option to delay an alarm once the Netbiter see the event occur it will sent the alarm message to Argos.
