I like to configure alarm emails only to be sent if this alarm not returned within the next 1 hour, so a customer can ignore alarms that do not last long. Can this be done by alarm delay setting, or this is something that can only be achieved through Basic script?

Hello,
The device does not have a native delay function within tag alarm settings. You would need to construc a script that that checks the alarm status for a period and send the alarm once it hits an hour+.
