Allow device Access to internet Through Cosy

Hi Ewon Support,

I have an Ewon Cosy and I am trying to set up Internet access to a third party device (Cerbo Gx controller) via one of the LAN ports. I have followed the instructions in the following document (change the 3 settings) however it doesn’t seem to work.

My Ewon and Third Party device are both in the same IP range xxx.xxx.xxx.1 and xxx.xxx.xxx.2 and I set the gateway of the third party device to the EWONs IP. Finally I Set the Third party Devices DNS to 8.8.8.8.

But there is no connection.

When I plug the same third party device into a 4g Router access is available straight away.

Make sure to reboot the Ewon after changing NATitf to 2.

I did reboot as well as recycling power to the Ewon

Can you please create a case at https://support.hms-networks.com and include a backup with the support files? You can get this in the web interface under Diagnostic > Support Files or make a backup with eBuddy and check “Include Support files”.
