Hello, on my Anybus Can-Profinet gateway, the RJ45 connector won’t lock in place. When I look into the receptacle, it appears that there is no recess for the RJ45 plug’ s locking device to engage. Can you please assist me? See attached pictures.

I checked with a profinet cable, and with one of our communicators. It is possible for the lock to engage, but it does that a little bit more force. You will here the audible click when the lock engages.
