How to reset anybus compactcom m40 without resetting the host CPU.

We are facing a issue. Inputs to our device from devicenet are not getting refreshed, whereas outputs from our device to robot are getting updated. During this condition module is in active state.
We tried power resetting the anybus module but still it doesn’t get reinitialized until we power reset the host cpu.
