How can Add Anybus Modbus TCP with E300 relay with Control Logix PLC, or Comunicate with RSlinx ?

The E300 is a Modbus TCP Server, so it’s designed to work with a Modbus TCP control system.

So, we can’t configure AnyBus module in Control Logix ?

The E300-MBTCP would not be used with a Rockwell PLC. For that you should use the Rockwell branded EtherNet/IP module for the E300.
