I loaded the new firmware in the units. I lost another unit in the process, so I now have 2 units that did not take the firmware and now cannot communicate. You said there is a way to fix this. How? I will see on Tuesday if the firmware corrects the problem

To recover the device you will be flashing the firmware though Firmware Manager II:

Once the device is recovered you can use the Firmware tab to update to the latest Firmware.
