Anybus X - CANopen master - EtherCAT slave (AB7300-B) - cannot connect ACM via USB

Hello,

The USB driver is installed (installed Anybus Configuration Manager - CANOpen version 1.7.0.0) but I cannot select the adapter in ‘Setup Connection’.

The connection with the CAN - EtherCAT gateway (AB7311-B) works fine.

Do I need to install another driver? If yes, where to get it?

I’m running Win10 in VmWare.

You can close the ticket, the driver installed correctly but the wrong device was used. I needed to connect to the CAN side with the CAN adapter while I was trying to connect the gateway via USB.
