Hello Andy,
I talked to the application engineer and we do not have any way to turn down the power output for the device.
On the second question they need more information before they can advise if you would see any issues. How big is the assembly and where is the Bolt supposed to be placed? What kind of vibrations would be present? Will it be shielded in certain angels? What is the distance between the AP and station?
