any usb i plug in to the usb port on my ewon cozy 131 will not show up but when i use my spare one it works fine is that covered under warranty

Hello @karlmeyerholt, If the USB port is determined to be damaged with normal use it would be covered under the warranty. The warranty period for the Cosy is 24 months and would need to be processes though your distributor.
