Can connect to ewon device, but can not reach LAN Devices

Hello,

I’m able to connect to my ewon cosy, but I can not ping my local devices nor connect to them. When my colleague logs into my ecatcher account, he is able to take over the PC in the network.

Please let me know what information is needed for you to be able to clarify the problem.

I came across another topic, where the solution was given. Turn of everything only the IP4.
