Activating account required multiple visits to the website to click activate button to then be told the account needed to be activated, Repeated process multiple times… frustrating

Did you close the software after activating the account?
It was for the hms.how. needed help with a down Cozy and hms.how wouldn’t activate the 1st several tries.
