Can someone Fix the activation Process?

Activating account required multiple visits to the website to click activate button to then be told the account needed to be activated, Repeated process multiple times… frustrating


Is this the activation for eCatcher/Talk2m?

Did you close the software after activating the account?

It was for the needed help with a down Cozy and wouldn’t activate the 1st several tries.
