Can’t Connect my AC Cloud Intesis Unit

I have an interim AC Cloud Wi-Fi interface for a Panasonic mini split and it suddenly is showing no connecticvity to the Wi-Fi in our home. When I tried to reset it shows a green light but the light never goes through the connection sequence and when I tried the original reinstall action instructions and tried to connect to ihconfig.com while the iPhone is connected to the intesishome SSID nothing happens. How can I reinstall AC Cloud for my unit?
