Cannot connect Siemens TIA portal with Ewon Cosy 131

Hello I’m located in China, we have an Ewon Cosy 131 mounted in Netherlands and I am trying to connect to my Siemens PLC via TIA portal.
I am following instructions from both the documents:

  1. aug-0047-00-en-configure-remote-access-for-siemens-plc-through-tia-portal
  2. aug-0070-00-en-plc-discovery-through-talk2m

The Ewon Cosy IP address is 192.168.0.53
The PLC IP address is 192.168.0.1
The HMI address is 192.168.0.2

The ecatcher can be connected successfully and I’m able to ping the addresses above remotely.
But we cannot to connect via TIA portal 14, it said No accessible nodes were found.

I attached the screenshots of Talk2m connection checker, TIA accessible devices.

Thanks for your great help.

Sorry for the delay. For a quicker response in the future, you can also create a case at https://support.hms-networks.com.

You said that you are able to ping the IP addresses of the PLCs, is that correct?

Please use the static IP address of the PLC in TIA Portal instead of scanning for the PLC.

If you want to try scanning, you must enabling ‘BroadcastForwarder’ in Settings > System > Storage > Edit COM Cfg (enabled=1)? That allows broadcast messages to go over the VPN (you should disable it after setting up the connection because it can cause extra data usage).

If scanning doesn’t work, you could try:

  • setting the adapter your LAN / WiFi adapter, instead of the TAP adapter
  • checking if there is a local firewall on the PC blocking some ports
