Cannot connect VPN

My Cosy 131 cannot establish LAN connect. Unit was previously working, but site was hijacked, and they just got the internet back. Internet connection is established, but when I try to run the wizard for T2M, it says

wanmgt-VPN Stopped for reconfiguration

Is the device set to the correct time and date? When running the Talk2m wizard at what step is it failing or messages it is showing there? If you run the talk2m connection checker using the same ethernet as the ewon are you able to reach all the servers?

The time is set correctly. It wasn’t, but I reset it, but it did not fix the problem.

Talk2M fails at the final step. Everything checks out, Internet connection, UDP, etc. It just times out at the last step.

The customer recently had their internet hijacked and have just come back up. It’s possible something is being blocked. What ports/access needs to be open for this for the VPN to work?

If they have a firewall up these are the ports and addresses that would need to be whitelisted.
