After Installation of IPConfig Tool 4.3 and starting it i see a windows error messge poping up which forces to stop and quit the program.

Did you create exceptions for IPConfig in the Windows Firewall?
Is there another Antivirus or Firewall installed other than Windows Defender?

the firewall was not set i created an exception and the pop up is still showing. i tried to debug with VisualStudio 19.

It looks like something may have preventing IPConfig from installing correctly.
