That just links to M2Web, I don’t see a problem when I click it. Do you have a screenshot?

Photo 1 shows the homepage of the T2M
Photo 2 shows after I click on dryers it sends me back on the same homepage and it says as the URL says it “unavailable” .
My eCatcher says I’m connected but i cant get any access to it, I’m not sure if as i updated the eCatcher its doing that, i had access before the eCatcher was updated.
It looks like the device is now offline. Has it been disconnected?

It looks like maybe you are using an old link for M2Web. You should be using https://m2web.talk2m.com.
Have you connected to the VNC server before?
If so, and you’re sure the password is correct, you could try using a different color depth setting in eCatcher:
Or check the authentication settings on the VNC server.
Even when I use the new GUI , It sends me back to the old GUI
The new link does not work either.
Is there a remote possibility that the company where the dryers were purchased (ITALPAST in Italy) is involved like a server problem?
The Ewon is offline. How is it connected to the internet? WiFi, Ethernet, Cellular?
