Can't connect ewon cozy 131 to VPN


I have done all configurations according to standard but when I try to check Talk2M connection, it fails somehow. it shows access denied. can you help on this.?

It seems that your Ewon cosy already linked to another Talk2M account.Hence you can see error message “t2m-Access denied” is displayed while performing the Talk2M wizard.

To be able to connect the Ewon router to the new account, the Ewon router must first be deleted out of the other Talk2M account. If you can find out internally and just get it removed from old account.
