Which Anybus device do you have?
Sometimes you have to create a firewall exception if there is a firewall running on the PC.

I am using a anybus Bolt RJ45 PoE.
I was using the software earlier without any issues. I have checked for new software, drivers etc. The security is actually not active to an extent as I am a local admin.
Have you tried manually selecting the correct network adapter?
Have you tried factory resetting the Bolt? Then you can access it at the default IP address (192.168.0.99).
