I’m trying to perform a recovery on 2 201 Flexy.
Using ebuddy, I’m getting the following message :
" Security Negociation Failed "

Have you already taken a look at the recovery guide below? Did you make sure that you have a 10/100 switch in between the device and your PC.

I’ve tried with both an industrial switch, and a non industrial one.
Aslo I had a look at the guide, with no success.
In that case, the only other thing I could recommend would be to try this with another computer if that’s an option for you.
I’ll try that solution but without a lot of hope…
Is there a way for proceeding to a hardware reprogrammation like an ICSP bootloader and FW download ?
In your factory for example ?

Unfortunately the recovery is the only option we have to get the device back online. If that doesn’t work you can try and go through an RMA of the device if it’s still under warranty
