I have exactly the same problem on my biogas plant for several hours (eWONx005CD). I spoke to two other biogas operators and they also cannot connect to their facilities.

Is there anybody near the device that can check the event logs for why the device went offline? What’s the serial number of the device so we can check when it went offline?

Since yesterday its working fine. Deryck send my this email:
“deryck_hms HMS Technical Support April 22 Hello, There were a few status issues following the network maintenance that occurred yesterday. Devices were connected to the VPN but showing offline in ecatcher”.
I send you printscreen from ecatcher with serial number, is that what this is about?
