I have a problem when trying to upload a firmware in a contorl unit. I load the new version and when I press Ok a message appear with Error : CommunicationChannelBusy and doesn’t let me update the firmware.

How can I solve this problem? Maybe there is a way to free a communication channel. I have already tried connecting, disconnecting and restarting
