Yes, you can follow those instructions to connect to multiple LAN networks. It’s very important that you create a static route to the network in the PC with eCatcher (step 3).

Just to clarify the above statement I made because some have misunderstood it:
The key work here is “networks”. A router is always required to connect different networks. That is basic networking 101. You cannot have devices with IP addresses in different subnets on the same network. For example, if you have 2 devices with the following IP addresses:
192.168.10.10/24 and 192.168.20.20/24
You can set the Ewon LAN to 192.168.10.1/24 and reach the first device. But in order to reach the second device, you will have to connect another router to the Ewon, set it’s WAN IP to 192.168.10.x/24 and it’s LAN IP to 192.168.20.x/24. Then you can connect the second device to the LAN of the router and create a static route to that network.
Do not confuse networks with devices.
