I did a configuration for my Anybus gateway and everythings worked well but my client send me this picture when he try to use it.
he also had :
Telegram size mismatch
Crc eror
Data mismatch
So i try to reset the gateway with a new driver i check all the RS485 configuration and everythings was doing good. I Don’t understand what is going on.

Based off the screen shot, you are getting a “00” for a response from the Modbus slave. This is not expected behavior. The Anybus device is expecting a standard Modbus Slave response corresponding to the Function used by the master.

When you say the master its the modbus TCP ?
What can i try to make it work like before ?

The Master would be the Anbyus communicator.
I would check verify the Slave communication settings, register addressing, and supported functions.
