I have an eWon that I used for training and set up a new ecatcher account for. Now I can’t remember the sign on for that ecatcher. How can I remove it from the training ecatcher account without the sign on information?
If you can’t remember the Account name or email address used, you’ll have to create a case at support.hms-networks.com and provide the serial number. Please select the Ewon Product Group “Talk2M Account Changes.”
