I have an unknown to me, ewon2005cd and software downloaded from my first experienced software in the Ewon world. Remember this device is unknown to me.
eBuddy is loaded and updated Firmware completed.
eCatcher is also loaded but I don’t have the rights to this device.

The device is most likely registered to a different account. Our Ewon units can only registered to one eCatcher account at a time.
You will need to reach out to account admin that the device is tied to. They will be able to delete the device from their account. Afterwards, you will be able to add the device to your eCatcher account.
