Connection to another network partner except the PLC

Hello,
I am not able to connect to other partners through TIA portal,

  1. Have you been able to connect to them before or is the first time you are trying?

  2. Are you able to connect to them when they are on the local network?

  3. Usually in a PROFINET network, it’s the PLC which communicates with the IO devices. What do you need to connect to them directly for? Are you trying to change the station name or IP address?

  4. You may want to create a case at https://support.hms-networks.com so we can escalate it to the Siemens experts if this is something you believe should be working.

  1. No, this is the first time I need to modify the HMI.
  2. yes I can connect to all partners easily in local network.
