Hi Randy,

I have recieved an email that you are having problems with activating a cosy on a talk2m account. If this cosy is not new you will have to add it using the “Register with eWon Name” option in the VPN wizard. Here is some instructions on the process.

The eWON was already on our account, but the certificate had expired. I have it on location with me in Danville. When I try to access the configuration screen on the browser, it doesn’t accept the password and I can’t proceed. I can get into ebuddy, but can’t do anything else.

If you cannot access the device then you will have to preform a level 1 user reset. Here are the steps to do so.

Performing a level 1 factory Reset
