My EWON COSY 131 with 3G conection makes every minute OFFLINE, then returns 30 sec after ON LINE and so all day long
So remote connection is not possible
The network is GSM . I agree from time to time we loose connection but not that rate
I put latest firmware 14.7 s2

It could be a problem with the cellular connection, but it’s impossible to say without access to the logs.
You should get the support files either in the web interface from Diagnostic > Support Files or using eBuddy to make a backup and checking “Include Support Files”. Then create a case at support.hms-netoworks.com and attach the file so someone can help you.
