Cosy 131 Doesn't show up in eCatcher

We purchased a eWON from our distributor. It looks like it was returned to them and then resold to us. I did a level 2 reset on it and went through the configuration wizards. Everything on the eWON webpage shows up as Green and connected. It just shows as offline through eCatcher.

I can confirm the device is currently online, but you are saying that it’s not connected to the correct account, right?

If you want to reset the account, you’ll have to create a case at support.hms-networks.com so your request can be sent to the T2M admins for approval.
