Cosy 131 (serial number: 1807-0781-22) - After level 2 reset, USR status is constant Orange and no blink, Ports are not detected in ebuddy. The device was connected with power supply for 2 years not used even for single remote connection. Could not perform restore also through ebuddy as ports are out of order. Please suggest what to do
