Cosy 131 in China slow connection with PLC

Hi,

the device has been moved back to the old server. For China a ping between 200- 300 ms would be a normal response. Is there a user we could use on the account to look at the device for testing or can one be made for us.

Hi,

I called yesterday about the ewon connection issue.

The ewon located in China.

When I login my account I can see and connect the ewon but not able to talk the Festo Servo Controller with Festo Configuration Tool. Please check the screenshot.

You can download Festo Configuration Tool and Plug for EMCA, to test. The IP address is 192.168.2.53

Hi David,

I have not been able to recreate this issue your having with Festo. What are you doing when it is timing out?

Did you install festo configuration tool?

After the time out The connection is cut.

Yes, I installed the tool and was able to connect to the device. I was connected for a half hour this morning with no issues. The only time I saw the time out error was when I disconnected from the ewon and logged out of the account.
