Cosy 131 T2M not active

Hello,
I have a Cosy 131 working over 4G in Abu Dhabi that i can no longer get a connection to, this started when the SIM card was changed to a different provider, is there a routine that has to be carried out if this needs to be done?

You’ll need to go through the internet wizard with this new card and make sure that you have the following correct information:

  • SIM PIN (If used)
  • APN (May be a custom APN, in which case you’ll need to contact your SIM provider)
  • User (If used)
  • Password (if used)

If you’re still having trouble getting it online after that, please send us a backup.tar file with the support files included so we can try and debug this.
