The device will go online and will connect through Ecatcher. When attempting to login to the Ewon the user name and password for the account does not work. Is there a different password?
Yes, the Ewon has its own username and password that are separate from the Talk2m login details you use in eCatcher. By default the username and password are adm/adm.
