I did a successful Tracert to 8.8.4.4 and one other site from the LAN PC.
I usually use 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 as DNS.
Do you have the PC Gateway IP set to the LAN IP of the Cosy+?
Yes. PC is Advantech MIC-770-V1 with dual ports. I use port 2 with a static Ewon LAN address, GW also static and set to Ewon LAN IP. Port 1 is DHCP but unused on site.

If you are able to perform a tracert to 8.8.8.8 and another site, then the device does have Internet Access.
Is there a specific site you are trying to get to? Are you trying to use a specific software?
